Cheap and Steep ~

This 70 acre parcel near Renovo is very steep, with a cascading stream and huge rock outcroppings and formations. There are limited level areas, but it does have electric and a small hollow at the bottom of the mountain that could be used for a camper. It's a great hiking, climbing and rappelling piece of land with beautiful views, but it would not be build-able. There is timber value, however due to the steep topography of the parcel and close proximity to the Susquehanna River, timber cutting and removal would be difficult and expensive at best.
